No, I am not paneled or “in network” with any insurance companies. This way, I can tailor the sessions to meet YOUR needs, and not rely on direction from an insurance company. This puts you and me in control of your treatment, and your information remains confidential and does not need to be released to a third-party insurance provider. Your privacy and quality of treatment matter to me and I don’t want a company dictating how or for how long we work together. 

As an out-of-network provider I am able to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance to possibly receive reimbursement from your insurance company for a percentage of my session rate. 

To find out what your insurance may cover, contact your insurance and ask if you have out-of-network mental health coverage. You may also want to mention the type of license that I have to ensure services with my type of credential are covered; I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.

*Note: For confidentiality purposes, I do not directly work with your insurance company so any reimbursement/submission of superbills/communication about benefits is your responsibility and the full session payment is expected at the time of service.

During your first visit, you will meet with one of our wellness practitioners to discuss your health concerns and goals. They will then recommend a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Please note that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $95.00 late cancellation fee. Appointments that are no call/no show will be charged the entire private pay appointment fee.
